Dispatch of your parcel

Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via courier services with tracking and delivery without a signature.

Delivery within Poland takes approximately 1–2 working days. Delivery within the EU takes approximately 1–5 working days. All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse at 55-002 Dobrzykowice, ul. Usługowa 10

The goods are delivered in a steel shipping crate. You must have the necessary equipment to unload the steel crate containing the tent from the lorry’s trailer.

The dimensions and weight of the packing crates are specified in the quotation.

 

We begin organising the dispatch of goods once the payment has been credited to our account.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whilst postage costs vary depending on the total weight of the consignment. We recommend grouping items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed individually, and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk, but we do our best to protect fragile items.

The boxes are suitably large, and your items are well protected.
