1. New piercing tip: screw-on blades on the piercing tip enable quick replacement. This eliminates time-consuming repairs and rebuilding of the tip.

2. Double guide: the double (twin) guide for the movable jaw ensures perfect guidance and alignment.

3. Front blade: the front blade provides precise tip cutting and is rotatable (can be turned).

4. New jaw shape: the new fixed jaw design increases cutting capacity; material breaks off and falls off more easily for improved working.

5. All-new blades: all blades have been redesigned to a diamond shape to reduce jaw stress. Each blade can be effectively rotated 3 times. The new blades are threaded for easy removal and installation.

6. Central pin adjustment kit: The shears have a unique central pivot pin system. This allows the pin to be adjusted regularly to ensure a perfect cut. The pivot pin is fully protected, yet can be removed for service and maintenance of associated components.

7. Special quick-action valve: reduces cycle times and regenerates power when required. Protects the shear by eliminating pressure spikes (peaks).

8. Pivot unit with anti-cavitation valve: continuous 360° rotation. Always the best positioning of the shears in relation to the material.

9. Completely new cylinders: increased diameter of cylinders gives 20% more power. Forged piston rod for better operation and safety. Inverted cylinder assembly for full piston rod protection.

10. Unique complete shear lubrication system: ensures regular lubrication of all moving parts.
